Last year I took Keltie to see Santa and had mixed results from her. This year, I really didn't think that she would want to see Santa. On Sunday there was a little Christmas party at the nursing home where Kevin's grandma is a resident. Of course Santa was going to be there so we thought that we would take Keltie and try it. Not such a good idea.

The treats were fine and she had a good time eating them, but then Santa came around the corner.

This was as close as we could get to having her actually sit on his lap. She wanted absolutely nothing to do with him.

Santa wanted me to sit on his lap with Keltie. After a little coaxing I agreed, although Keltie still didn't get a kick out of it.

You look pretty darn happy, Jody. Are you sure it took a lot of coaxing to get you on Santa's lap? Move over and give Keltie a chance!
