Sisters?

I know that it's kind of hard to tell from these pictures, but Keltie and Kinsley are really starting to look alike. When Kinsley was born we didn't think that she really looked like Keltie, but as she grows she is definitely starting to resemble Keltie more and more. It's funny because usually the little sister wants to be like the big sister. Well, Keltie thinks it's fun to be like Kinsley. Almost every morning Keltie wants to be dressed in the same color as Kinsley. Then when I put Kinsley's hood up, Keltie wants to have me put up her's. I have a feeling they are going to be like two peas in a pod eventually.

Deer and Fruit Loops

We went camping over the weekend to Eau Pleine. We figured we have to get as much camping in as we can before it turns too cold. We counted and Kinsley has already been camping 6 times and she's only two months old. Thankfully we have grat girls which makes it much easier. Anyway, there were a lot of deer wandering around the campground. Obviously they are used to people because you could get very close to them. Keltie wanted to feed them so we started with apples and of couse they loved that. She sat on Auntie Carol's lap and fed them her Fruit Loops. they even liked them. It was so neat to see.
"Do you want some more?"
"Follow me deer."
Kinsley just chilling in the camper.
If you take one's picture, you have to have one of the other.

Pink Is My Favorite Color

We went to my aunt and uncle's house this weekend and without even realizing it, I dressed us all in pink. We had to take a few pictures to highlight it.

Back to Work

I remember my mom always having to take our picture on our first day back at school. Well today was officially the start of the new school year for me. I had to work a few days already, but today was the real deal. I couldn't resist taking a picture of the girls. It's hard to imagine that in a few years they will be headed off to school just like Mama.

Sweet Dreams

You gotta love this face!

Chow Time

So Kinsley likes to eat. This has created some problems for me since I can hardly produce enough milk for her to be satisfied. With Keltie I had bags of milk frozen ahead of time. With Kinsley, I think I will be pumping until she's 18 to keep up with her. That's why we decided to start her on cereal. I couldn't imagine it at first, but realized we had to do something. She is doing really well with it. It took Keltie forever to master it, but with Kinsley it must be alright. Here's her first attempt

The Girls

Here are our two pride and joys. Keltie proudly showing off her undies while Kinsley sleeps.
Mama's helper
All washed up and ready for bed.
Kinley's thinking, "She's in my face again."
Check out that hair.

Loving the Outdoors

This summer we spent a lot of time. Thankfully Keltie loves being outside and Kinsley is learning to love it as well.
We are amazed at how much the pine trees have grown so we had to compare the girls to the size of them.
This year was our first attempt at a garden. Needless to say, we had amazing results. Kevin was a trooper and spent many hours out there. There was a time when we were picking two ice cream buckets of green beans every other day. We have a lot of baby food already made. I always joked that we had the garden on steroids because everything is so large in it. The tomato plants are almost as tall as me. They have tons of tomatoes on them and it's so much fun because I'm the only one who wille at them. :) We have five pumpkins that are huge so we thought the girls should have their picture taken with one of them. I can't wait to count the seeds inside them.
