Just Another Hectic Week

So I always prided myself on being on time to things. Actually, I used to be early to everything. Well, since having the girls, that has changed drastically. We are always rushing in the morning to get everything done. By the time I pump, feed and dress Kinsley, dress and get Keltie ready and make sure that we have everything, we are always rushing out the door. Luckily, I have two wonderful girls who are very cooperative in the morning. Today, even though we were running late, I decided to take some pictures. Sometimes, you just have to stop and enjoy the little things in life. These two are so precious to me, that it doesn't matter if I'm late to work everyday as long as I know that I told them I loved them. Hopefully these smiles, melt your heart like they do mine.
Pretty in pink. (After her clothes were changed 2 different times before we left.)
"Hi, Mama."
Look at those cute toes. Makes you want to kiss them.
Two sweet little angels.
Kinsley: "What are you doing to me Keltie?" Keltie: "Just smile and we'll be done."

Strong Girl

Kinsley is growing up so fast. She is really trying to pull herself up to a sitting position when she is sitting on your lap. This was a picture of her one day after she got home from the babysitter's sitting in her swing. Pretty soon, she'll be stopping it all on her own.
In other news, it's a little early, but Kinsley is starting with Stranger Danger. Grammy watched her on Thursday and she spent some of that time crying. As soon as I got home, she was totally different. (Thank you for watching the girls Grammy.) She did the same thing as we went trick or treating to other people as well. I guess she knows who she has wrapped around her finger.

Lil Pumpkin

This is Kinsley on Halloween morning. She is wearing the stem from Keltie's pumpkin costume, but I thought that she looked adorable in it. She was actually a frog. Keltie was going to be a pumpkin, but at last minute (and I do mean last minute), she decided that she wanted to be Fancy Nancy instead. Luckily we had a little ballerina skirt, some necklaces, and a purse. She looked cute, but was in a mood where she didn't want her picture taken so I didn't get any pictures of her. We only went to three houses, but got way too much candy. I suppose next year Kinsley will be able to have some of it though so Mama and Daddy don't have to eat it all. :)

The Great Pumpkin

Halloween morning we decided that it was probably about time to carve a pumpkin. Nothing like waiting until the last minute. Kevin wanted Keltie to help him so they ventured out to the garage together while I took pictures. We had 5 huge pumpkins that we grew in our garden this year so they picked one out to carve.
Here is Keltie sitting by it getting ready to carve it. (Gotta love the outfit.)
Look at all those seeds. Kevin wanted Keltie to touch the seeds, but of course she wouldn't. This is as close as she would get to them.

"What are you doing Daddy?"
The finished product. We lit it last night so Kevin could see it when he got home from hunting. All in all, it turned out pretty good.
