Tis the Season

Kevin's family has started the tradition of decorating Christmas cookies at Thanksgiving time. Well, we were extremely excited this year because there was going to be 3 little girls under the age of 2 to help out. Thankfully, they did a good job and were excited about it. They were troopers. There was 5 ice cream pails full of cookies. Keltie and Ella made it through all the buckets. Kylie got bored with it earlier. Autumn and Addison were great big helpers. I'm not sure anyone would want to eat them after they saw the grubby little hands touching them, but they had fun.

Waiting patiently for my first cookie.
Granny showing me what I should do.
Just a little bit at a time. So pretty.
The finished product.
As soon as she was finished, Keltie wanted to bite into her cookie.
"How does this thing work?" Check out that face.
"I'm ready for another cookie."

You let them decorate cookies inside a pie tin! How creative! Then the sprinkles don't go every where! Love all the pictures!

The sprinkles still go everywhere, when there's that many little ones invovled.

I can't wait to have Keltie help us decorate cookies. I hope her persistence is better than her mom's and dad's.

Does Keltie "rent out" her decorating services??
